Manufacturing

Through careful building of relationships with a range of suppliers over the years PDG offer complete set up of the manufacture of your product, from design and manufacture of tooling to supply of finished parts, either through our own suppliers or liasing with companies of your choice.  Our broad based experience covers most manufacturing processes, although we specialise in plastics and metalwork. We are able to deal with low to high volumes and have recently set-up a system that allows us to deal with economic low volume manufacture with efficiency and quality.  We have agents in the Far East should you require that route, especially for higher volumes. PDG will also, if required, deal with research and sourcing of ‘bought-out’ components to supply you with a complete package to pass to your purchasing department.  Once this position is reached, the product is ready for full production and everything is ‘signed over’ to you, the client. Through this complete service PDG can considerably reduce your effort to get your product to market, freeing you up to deal with other things, including thinking about your next development project.
